Off-Grid Estate NZ is presented as a concept-only, non-production website. All listings, agents, prices and transactions are mock data used to demonstrate product ideas for an off-grid real estate marketplace.
2. No financial or legal advice
The content on this site does not constitute financial, legal or real estate advice. You must not rely on any information or "request to buy" flows here as the basis for real-world decisions or contracts.
3. No real transactions
The "Request to buy" and contact forms are simulated experiences. They:

- Are processed entirely in your browser as part of the demo.
